What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

Your teddy will be securely and lovingly packaged and shipped within 2–4 days after payment is received. I always notify the buyer of the exact timeline personally. Each package is carefully protected to preserve delicate details during transportation.

Israel:
Shipping via Israel Post – cost added automatically.


Worldwide:
Payment via PayPal and shipping via standard international delivery or ECO Post (for selected countries).

Tracking number is provided after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:
Israel: 1–2 weeks
USA: 2–4 weeks
Europe: 2–3 weeks
Asia / Australia / New Zealand / Oceania: 3–6 weeks
Africa: 2–4 weeks

Express shipping (ECO Post) is available for many destinations, with delivery in 5–10 days. Customs delays may occur and are beyond my control.

Returns policy

Because each teddy is one‑of‑a‑kind handmade, returns are not accepted, except in the rare case of damage during transport. If your piece arrives damaged, please return it to me and I will make every effort to restore it or replace it once I receive the work back.
